Rise & Shine Play operates with drop-in style play sessions - show up anytime during our open play hours! Whether you are ready to play alongside your child or you need to catch up on some emails while your little one is playing, we invite you to use our space the way it can serve you best.
We always suggest booking your open play ahead of time, as we cannot guarantee space for walk-ins. While we don't have set time blocks of open play, when booking online, please choose the time slot you that you believe is closest to when you will arrive. Your two-hour play session begins when you check in at our front desk.

Saturday: closed for open play*
Sunday: closed for open play*

Please note that all play sessions are 2 hours unless otherwise specified. Your session begins when you check in, so we recommend selecting the time slot closest to your expected arrival.

let's stay healthy together
The health & safety of our guests and team are of the utmost importance to Rise & Shine Play. Please stay home if you or anyone in your reservation is currently sick or showing symptoms of illness. We require everyone to be symptom free for 24-hours before returning.
Our open play sessions are non-refundable, but if you cannot make your pre-booked open play session, we are happy to reschedule your play session one-time within 30 days. You must email your cancelation to hello@riseandshineplay.com at least 2 hours prior to your booked start time to receive this complimentary rescheduling. If you do not show up to your play time and do not send a cancelation email more than 2 hours before your scheduled time, the open play session will be forfeited.
In addition to our strict sickness policy, we strive to keep Rise & Shine Play as clean as possible through the following efforts:
- regular cleaning and disinfection throughout the day and after closing
- hand sanitizer is readily available
- we clean all toys and surfaces with non-toxic Force of Nature solution
- baskets conveniently placed around the space for toys that have been "tasted" by little mouths
- shoe free play area - all children and adults must remove shoes and wear socks (cannot be barefoot) in both the foyer and the play area
