Music, Movement & Play for the Little Ones
A weekly music and movement class for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers, that brings together singing, movement, instruments, and plenty of opportunities to play.
At Sing & Play, little ones are invited to sing, dance, move, and explore through a mix of familiar songs, instruments, bubbles, parachutes, and playful activities. Led by Ms. Beth of Sunshine & Song SD, each class is engaging without being overwhelming, giving little ones plenty of room to participate at their own pace.
And the fun doesn't stop when class ends. Every Sing & Play class includes 45 minutes of Open Play, giving kids more time to explore while caregivers can enjoy a coffee, connect with other parents, or simply enjoy watching their little one play.

Meet Ms. Beth
The voice behind Sing & Play
We’re lucky to have Ms. Beth of Sunshine & Song SD leading Sing & Play each week. Her warm, energetic approach and knack for getting little ones involved have helped make Sing & Play such a hit.
As a mom of two and an elementary educator with a Master's in Education, along with years of leading parent-and-child music classes throughout San Diego, Ms. Beth brings this experience to every class.
From singing familiar favorites to pulling out the instruments, bubbles, or parachute, Beth knows how to create a class where little ones can jump right in, whether they're ready to dance in the middle of the room or prefer to watch and warm up first.

Open Play
Your class includes 45 minutes of Open Play, so there's no need to pack up and head somewhere else.
Breathing Room for you
Grab a coffee, chat with a friend, or enjoy watching your little one have fun in a space designed for them.
A few other things to know:

Rise & Shine is designed for children ages 0–5.

We are a shoe-free space. Children and adults must wear socks.

Older siblings ages 6+ are welcome to hang out in our lounge with books, Magna-Tiles, drawing and other activities, but are not permitted in the play area.

We recommend booking ahead since we cannot guarantee space for walk-ins.

Babies who are not yet crawling are free with a paid sibling.

Everyone must sign a waiver before entry.
